Conditions of Guarantee and How the Service Works
Period of Guarantee
Article 1495 of the Civil Code, in conformity with European regulations on the matter of Guarantees, establishes that a product destined for professional/industrial use (therefore mainly purchased with an invoice ) has the right to a guarantee period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Service while under Guarantee
In order to make the Service while under Guarantee "closer to the Customer", Lavorwash makes use of a highly qualified capillary Service network, found throughout the territory.
Technical Services are applicable to all products in the various Professional catalogues for any brand belonging to the Lavor Group.
Service for the Professional line of products makes provision for home service, at the Customer/End User's premises, free of charge .
The field of application for home Service concerns appliances that weigh in excess of 50 Kg .
For other products weighing 50 kg or less the Customer/End User can "visit" , the service network directly for any repairs.

To make use of Services under Guarantee, the Customer/End User must follow the instructions below strictly:
• fill in the Guarantee coupon found inside the packaging of the appliance or download it
• enclose the purchase invoice with the Guarantee Coupon
• check which is the Authorised Service Centre closest to you and request from the Centre a home service (for appliances exceeding 50 Kg ) or visit the Authorised Service Centre for the technical check and repairs if necessary (for appliances weighing 50 kg or less )
Conditions of Guarantee
All our professional products are covered by guarantee for manufacturing defects for 12 months from purchase date.
The Conditions of Guarantee are stated inside the Use and Maintenance Booklet of the appliance.
Each appliance is carefully checked during the production phases and before delivery to the Customer. This guarantees a very high level of quality that is constantly improved and made increasingly reliable.
Each operation, including Service, is undertaken and constantly monitored by qualified Staff who guarantee and check the good working thereof.
"Each appliance is tested by the Authorised Service Centre according to regulations in force in terms of the intrinsic and electrical safety of the appliance.
Should the Authorised Service Centre acknowledge the work to be under guarantee, "no cost will be charged to the Customer/End User.
Some machine parts, normally subject to wear, are not covered by the Service Guarantee.
Should parts or all of these be reputed as being the "cause" for the malfunction of the appliance the Service Centre will charge the Customer/End User for travelling costs and/or a "service" charge and labour and spare parts.
This will also apply to all appliances that result as having no defects and/or malfunctioning due to conditions or resulting from factors outside the responsibility of Lavorwash (for example: calcareous deposits and incrustations, damage to electrical parts, maintenance not undertaken, falls, use of unsuitable
electrical extensions, appliance unsuitable for the type of work it has been used for, general breakages of aesthetic parts and accessories and improper use of the appliance).
Service beyond the Guarantee period
Technical Service applies to all products found in the various Professional Catalogues for all brands belonging to the Lavor Group.
Service can be undertaken at the Professional Authorised Service Centre closest to you or directly on your premises.
Service is guaranteed whether the Customer/End User goes personally to the Authorised Service Centre or whether the machine is serviced on the premises.
Tariffs used for Service labour costs, transport costs and "service" charge will be aligned to those established by the various local Craftsmen Associations.
Maximum costs for Spare Parts will be those stated in the current Lavorwash Price List + VAT .
