Conditions of Guarantee and How the Service works
Period of Guarantee
The European Community directive1999/44/ EC on matters of Guarantee for consumer goods establishes that a product used for hobby purposes (therefore bought mainly with a till slip) enjoys a two year guarantee from the date of purchase.
After Sales Service under Guarantee
In order to make the After-Sales service under guarantee "closer to the customer", Lavorwash has set up a free "Collection and Delivery Service" for the product.
The Technical After Sales Service is applicable to all those products present in the various Hobby Catalogues for all brands belonging to the Lavor Group, with the exception of the hot water-cleaners (example FKX, Paranà Lavorwash , KAPPA FA-SA and similar), therefore to products weighing 50 Kg or more.
For these products (hot water-cleaners for hobby purposes and/or in any event hobby products weighing more than 50 Kg) the Technical After-Sales service will be carried out by the Professional Service network. In order to make use of the Repair Service under guarantee, the Customer will have to go to his nearest Professional Service Centre.

In order to make use of the After Sales Service under Guarantee, the Customer/End User must closely adhere to the following steps:
fill in the Guarantee Couponfound in the packaging of the appliance or download it directly
attach the till slip/invoice relative to the purchase of the appliance to the Guarantee Coupon
check the Authorized Service Centre in the area and check the areas covered by the "Collection and Delivery Service" (in the table with the details of the Service Centre); in the case of lack of coverage of the "Collection and Delivery Service", the Customer/End User will have a wide network of Service Centres which can be visited directly.
in areas where the "Collection and Delivery Service" is present, take the appliance and the Guarantee Coupon to the Retail Outlet/Dealer where it was purchased.
carry out the first relevant tests with the Retail Outlet/Dealer (as shown in the Service section >> Technical Information )
in the case of defects confirmed by the Retail Outlet/Dealer, give the appliance to the Retail Outlet/Dealer who will send it to the Authorized Service Centre in the area (by means of the Collection and Delivery Service)
as soon as the appliance returns from the Authorized Service Centre the Retail Outlet/Dealer will inform the Customer/End User that the appliance is ready to be collected.
Conditions of Guarantee
All our hobby products are covered by guarantee against factory defects for 24 months from purchase date.
The conditions of Guarantee are stated inside the Use and Maintenance Booklet found with the appliance.
Each appliance is carefully checked during all phases of the production process and before delivery to the Customer. This guarantees a very high quality level that is constantly improved and made more reliable.
Each operation, including Service, is undertaken and constantly monitored by Qualified Staff that guarantees and determines the good outcome thereof.
All the appliances are tested by the Authorised Service Centre in accordance with the regulations in force concerning the
intrinsic and electric safety of the appliance.
Should the work be acknowledged by the Authorised Service Centre as being under guarantee, no costs will be charged to the Customer/End User.
Some parts of the machine, normally subject to wear, are considered as being parts not covered by the Guarantee Service.
Therefore should some or all of these parts be deemed to be the "cause" for the malfunction of the appliance the Service Centre will charge the Customer/End User for round trip Transport costs and the costs of the repairs, understood as being labour costs and costs for the spare parts used.
This will also apply to all appliances that result as having no defects and/or malfunctioning due to conditions or resulting from factors outside the responsibility of Lavorwash (for example: calcareous deposits and incrustations, damage to electrical parts, maintenance not undertaken, falls, use of unsuitable electrical extensions, general breakages of aesthetic parts and accessories and professional or semi-professional use).
Services beyond the Period of Guarantee
Technical Services apply to all products found in the various Hobby Catalogues for all brands belonging to the Lavor Group.
Services can be undertaken at the Hobby or Professional Authorised Service Centre closest to you.
Service is guaranteed whether the Customer/End User goes personally to the Authorised Service Centre or whether the machine is forwarded by the Customer/End User at his own expense to the Authorised Service Centre.
Tariffs used for Service labour costs will be aligned to those established by the various local Craftsmen Associations.
Maximum costs for Spare Parts will be those stated in the current Lavorwash Price List + VAT .
